ArcWORKS is a workforce readiness program offered by The Arc Northwest Mississippi in partnership with Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services. Designed for adults receiving supported employment services, ArcWORKS helps participants explore career opportunities, build essential job skills, and gain meaningful work experience in a supportive, inclusive environment.

The program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our goal is to help participants grow in confidence, develop practical skills, and take meaningful steps toward employment.
